Key Responsibilities

The Enterprise Business Lead will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, rental, and taxi companies.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging leasing company relationships to drive growth.
  • Leading a high-performing sales team, fostering ongoing performance development, and leading by example.
  • Managing corporate sales plan and brand standards, maintaining product knowledge and utilizing CRM systems and tools.
  • Ensuring Tesla brand standards, promoting best practices, and maintaining product knowledge using Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.

The ideal candidate will have significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to critical deadlines.
