Living on the West Coast of Sweden (Göteborg - Malmö)
Our CRM team has an exciting portfolio of new products. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong record in key account and a proven track record of sales success as well as experience from the medical device industry, we encourage you to apply. You will join a strong and experienced team, consisting of 8 people.
A Day in the Life
As a Territory Manager for Cardiac Rhythm Management, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving CRM market growth and market share within the territory, ensuring excellent collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Building strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
- Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and input to sales and marketing brochures.
- Educating relevant hospital staff on Medtronic products, using resources in the most effective way.
- Maintaining and acquiring new product, technology, market, sales tools, and process knowledge as well as developing all necessary professional selling skills, in accordance with the company's personal development program.
- Analysing the marketplace, developing an effective territory/account sales strategy, and presenting the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation.
- Developing and driving activities that enhance and strengthen the network; (e.g. optimising patient care pathways – establishing cooperation with cardiology/ emergency/ neurology departments).
Must Haves
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Healthcare-related medical or scientific degree or its equivalent
- Understanding of the national and local healthcare system
- Ability to identify and react to potential market threats and opportunities
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Clean driver's license
Nice to Haves
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Experience in tender management optimisation
- Target-oriented with successful sales experience from medtech
- Successful sales experience
- Thorough understanding of the Swedish healthcare system
- Experience with Salesforce.com
