We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Nordic operations, currently generating ~ 80 million SEK in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will spearhead the growth and management of our Nordic operations, manage and build a team of sales, service, and administration professionals, and develop and execute a hands-on sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and specific needs of Durst Nordic.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading a team of at least five people, essential experience in print, digital printing, or related sectors, and fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of German is a plus. Global experience in managing national operations within an international company is also required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Spearhead the growth and management of our Nordic operations.
  • Manage and build a team of sales, service, and administration professionals.
  • Develop and execute a hands-on sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and specific needs of Durst Nordic.
  • Proactively approach new clients, open up new markets, and optimize existing sales channels.
  • Build and sustain a robust network of customers and partners across the region.
