Job Description:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market penetration within the assigned region. This role plays a critical part in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to meet our revenue targets.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our Country Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive market share growth.
  • Business Development: Manage business growth through an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset, focusing on key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, industry partners, and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Finnish market, including customer preferences and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
