Sales Support Role

Furhat Robotics AB is a pioneering company in social robotics, developing robots that interact with humans naturally. As a Sales Support specialist, you will join our Sales & Business Development team in Stockholm.

Your Key Tasks:
  1. Showcase and discuss our robot platform's technical features with confidence and expertise
  2. Design and deliver compelling demos to showcase our robot's capabilities to clients and prospects
  3. Find innovative ways to highlight our robot's abilities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  4. Deliver comprehensive training to new clients and partners on our technology
  5. Represent Furhat Robotics AB at exhibitions and meetings globally
  6. Develop high-quality sales materials and conduct webinars to educate clients and stakeholders
About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Substantial experience in sales and business development
  2. A deep understanding of large language models and their applications
  3. Experience in object-oriented programming (Kotlin is a plus) and conversational technologies
  4. Knowledge of relevant technologies in social robotics and a willingness to learn and adapt
  5. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions
