CPAC Systems AB is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our customer-facing initiatives and drive business growth. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a talent for building strong relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain close relationships with customers and their stakeholders, ensuring our products deliver meaningful value.
- Work with our Operations team to ensure supplier performance aligns with CPAC's standards for cost, quality, and reliability.
- At least three years of experience working with complex electronic systems, with the ability to quickly understand and address technical challenges.
- A strong ability to delve into technical challenges and work collaboratively to develop solutions that effectively balance function, performance, quality, and cost.
- Proven experience in creating business analyses that focus on customer value and market potential, translating insights into competitive offerings.
- A passion for embracing and driving forward new concepts to meet market demands.
- A background in project management within the automotive industry is a strong plus.
