Technical Sales Director for Industrial Solutions

Innomotics is a pioneer in motion solutions, revolutionizing industries worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to spearhead our growth in the Nordics and Baltics.
About the JobThis key role involves driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers to grow High Voltage Motor business.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and product portfolios to craft effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales efforts beyond HV motor partnerships in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure High Voltage motor solutions.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns, upholding exceptional service standards.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in technical sales or business management, preferably with experience in High Voltage motor sales growth.
- Electrical Engineering or related field degree at the Master's level.
- Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of High Voltage motors, power electronics, and industry standards.
- Native-level proficiency in English, with additional languages like Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Spanish, or German a valuable asset.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers effectively.
