As a Large Project Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this growth and success by driving the Sales of Large Projects focused on Renewables, Industries and Utilities to best serve our Customers and the growing market.

Developing strategic large opportunities in the various Markets and Segments in Europe, you will work closely with key Customers to further develop these opportunities into Orders.

Developing the Capture team approach with a cross-functional and business unit team (across Europe) to capture these key opportunities is also part of your duties.

Effective collaboration with various stakeholders internally is essential to ensure full drive and transparency in order to develop the best solution that would fit within the customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include utilizing our existing business models and further developing long-term partnerships with these customers to secure best solutions for our customer within the portfolio offered.

Additionally, you will work with our Segment Leaders and local Marketing & Sales teams to implement mechanisms such as Frame Agreement and Capacity Reservation Agreements for securing opportunities while ensuring that we are able to fulfill customers' requirements from delivery times, optimized technical solutions and business models that will enable best value for our Customers and Hitachi Energy.

Required skills and qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Business or Management or other relevant subjects, more than 15 years of experience in Sales, focus on large and complex multi-faceted, cross-country opportunities with a good track record of success within the Electrical and Power Industry, self-driven and experienced in driving the success of Large Sales Orders working with different stakeholders and able to bring cross-functional teams together, experience in working in a multicultural environment, across different regions, excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
