About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team in Northern Europe. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive sales growth across 4 countries in North Europe. You will work closely with management and various departments to create high-quality offers that meet the specifications of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in North Europe.
  • Create commercially, legally, and technically optimized offers that meet customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with supply chain management to solicit quotations from subcontractors.
  • Conduct cost calculations and determine costs, margins, and sales prices in collaboration with sales.
  • Tender planning and timely tender submittals.
  • Provide technical support to sales during early pursuit stages and support contract negotiation.
  • Prepare tender documents and reports for internal risk reviews and tender submission approvals.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
  • Good understanding of substation automation, control, and protection solutions.
  • Previous professional experience and a strong track record within a similar business area.
  • Deep knowledge of the grid automation market.
  • Experience in tendering and commercial processes would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
