About the Position

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to expand our High Voltage Motor business in the Nordics and Baltics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to drive sales growth in the region.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product portfolios to create targeted sales strategies.
  • Lead sales efforts for additional customers outside of HV motor partnerships in the region.
  • Design and configure High Voltage motor solutions using advanced tools, promoting them with key partners and customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
About You

We seek a candidate with a strong background in technical sales or business management, preferably with experience in growing High Voltage motor sales.

  • Bachelor's degree/Master (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of High Voltage motors, rotating machinery, power electronics, and industry standards.
  • Fluent in English, with Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Spanish, or German being a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly, with a customer-focused mindset.
