The Role
You will have a key role in the Data Driven Care business, with overall responsibility for all implementation projects in Sweden, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract fulfillment, while achieving financial targets.
Among your focus responsibilities and activities are:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, contract fulfillment, and achieving financial targets for all implementation projects within the Data Driven Care product portfolio in Sweden.
- Developing Evolve, our implementation project capabilities in Sweden to continuously improve performance in terms of customer satisfaction, contract fulfillment, and financial performance.
- Expanding our implementation and delivery capabilities and team in the Swedish market in line with our business growth.
- For key projects, acting as the project manager, and for projects with a dedicated project manager, acting as project owner to ensure agreed results in the implementation project.
- Leadership, coaching, and development of all Project Managers of Data Driven Care implementation projects in Sweden.
- Utilizing global and local capacity, partner ecosystems, and subcontractors to optimize profitability and ensure top quality of the delivery.
- Ensuring the right guidance for the customer and being seen as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Understanding and identifying customers' present and future needs and providing feedback to sales and product management.
- Identifying organic growth opportunities within the portfolio, and working with Customer Client Directors to progress and execute such opportunities.
Your Qualifications
Ideally, you possess the following competencies and abilities:
- Experience in leading large and complex value-driven sales and deliveries in software, IT systems, and projects.
- Strong experience and knowledge about best-in-class implementation methodology from leading consulting firms or corresponding experience.
- Ability to take the role of strategic advisor and peer to C-level executives.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create complex value propositions, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
