About the JobYou'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire and activate new partners, primarily accounting firms, that will drive revenue growth for our company. This includes identifying and engaging potential partners, building relationships, and ensuring they become active referral sources.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and qualify potential partners in Sweden based on their alignment with our value proposition.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to close partnership agreements and ensure successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet partner needs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
We're looking for someone who is fluent in Swedish and English, has experience working with B2B sales tech stacks, and is familiar with SaaS or B2B fintech.
