We're on a mission to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities at Wolt. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in driving this mission forward by identifying and developing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners.

Your primary focus will be on engaging in medium-complex business-level discussions with C-level executives, using data and insights to hold your own in operations, marketing, and technical conversations. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial flair and collaborate across teams/functions to build a winning proposition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and managing a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships
  • Building relationships with identified leads and positioning Wolt as a partner of choice
  • Negotiating partnership terms using data and logic to gauge potential performance and unit economics
  • Understanding the competition and various verticals in the market
  • Working closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition
  • Participating in refining the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt market penetration

We're looking for someone with strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, along with experience from SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistic-related sales. Proven success in solution sales, business development, and negotiation is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate buy-in and build followership are also crucial.
