Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships

TN Sweden is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our commercial leadership, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Emergency Care business within the Nordics.
About the RoleThis senior role requires a seasoned partner manager or key account manager who has experience working with different business models and sales channels through partners. You will lead the business together with our partners across the region, ensuring consistent financial forecasting and demand planning. Your expertise will drive change, regional trends, competitors' moves, and develop appropriate response plans.
Responsibilities- Manage business performance KPI's for the Home & Public portfolio in the Nordic region.
- Set and deploy performance targets for each of the partners (Order intake & sales).
- Directly manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in the Nordics.
To succeed in this role, you'll need an entrepreneurial, customer-first attitude and the following:
- 7+ years commercial experience and customer satisfaction.
- A strong track record of reaching business KPI's.
- Proven experience of working with different business models and sales channels through partners challenging the status quo.
- Solid experience in defining and deploying business plans with proven impact with partners.
