Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across regions.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills, particularly in European languages (e.g., Norwegian, Swedish, German, or French), are a plus.
