Tech Partnership Manager

We are seeking a Tech Partnership Manager to provide expert support to our Business Tech organization and hubs in Stockholm. The successful candidate will deliver significant business value throughout the product lifecycle by leveraging their experience in tech sourcing and procurement.
As a Tech Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to our Business Tech organization and hubs, executing high-quality, market-competitive deals, and optimizing ongoing relationships with external partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting leaders in defining and implementing commercial and partner strategies
- Negotiating advantageous terms with external partners
- Screening potential new partners and collaborations, with a focus on tech partnerships
- Establishing and implementing strategic parameters for partner portfolios, ensuring optimal long-term management
- Managing collaboration and performance according to frameworks, assessing risks versus expected business outcomes
You will also be responsible for overseeing risk management for partner and vendor contracts and agreements, challenging existing commercial models, and proposing new strategies for optimizing tech partnerships.
In addition, you will devise negotiation strategies and processes tailored to each deal, identify potential deal designs to meet objectives, manage dealmaking processes, and ensure compliance with H&M Group Purchasing and Consultant Policy.
Our ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP, proficient negotiator skills, excellent organizational and structuring skills for complex matters, and a solid foundation in procurement and supplier management best practices.
