About the Role: As the Senior Sales Manager for Client Acquisition, you will energize our Sales Team with a unique strategic vision, a results-oriented approach, and a steadfast passion for enhancing customer interactions. Your leadership is essential in propelling our sales initiatives to new heights, and your ambition will set the standard for achieving outstanding results.

  • Research, identify, and establish new business sales contacts, fostering relationships and revenue opportunities with existing clients.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across the region, identifying needs and translating them into revenue opportunities for designated Sales Club Hotels.
  • Conduct regular meetings and activities with managed accounts, ensuring they are equipped to grow their business and revenues.
  • Collaborate on marketing activities to support account strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Organize and host client events and familiarization trips to strengthen relationships and build client knowledge.
  • Demonstrate growth in production revenues and market share with your account base, focusing on total profitable revenue.
  • Ensure all activities are documented within CRM on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in industry networking events and maximize membership within industry associations, staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of Account Management experience in the hospitality, travel, or service-related industries.
