Siemens Mobility seeks a results-driven professional to drive software business growth in the Nordic region.

This challenging role involves creating a team and acting as a bridge between global initiatives and local market requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing effective growth strategies to boost revenue, market share, and profitability for software and related services.
  2. Designing and implementing expansion plans to strengthen our software presence in the Nordic market.
  3. Fostering relationships within Siemens Mobility and collaborating closely with Global Tech Units.
  4. Leading a team towards strategic objectives.
  5. Monitoring key performance indicators for portfolio elements in conjunction with sales and partners.

A successful candidate should possess a strong background in leading a portfolio organization in Smart Building/Infrastructure industry or similar.

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a directly related software field with significant responsibilities and expertise.
  • Capacity to build and maintain a robust network within Siemens Mobility.
  • Proven experience in interacting with global organizations and driving business direction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across organizational boundaries.

A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Software, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
