About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Simployer AS. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts in Sweden, partnering closely with your team to focus on outbound prospecting and generating new business opportunities.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline through various channels.

Requirements
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally in small and medium size businesses, either in sales or talent acquisition capacity.
  • Communication & Engagement Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and engage potential clients via multiple channels.
  • Multichannel Proficiency: Adept at using various communication channels to engage with potential customers.
  • Persistence & Resilience: Determination to pursue leads and overcome rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members across different departments.
  • Results-Driven: Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
