We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Northern Europe Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering support to sales teams during the sales and bid process and act as the project (bid) owner in providing solution proposals, functional specifications and pricing estimates to meet customer requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing alignment of proposal with Operations, Business Solution Group, IT and other departments involved e.g. HR, Finance. They will also analyze and reflect customer business requirements for both solutions and services we want to provide.
