Senior Sales Director

Workday is a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities within our existing customer base in Sweden and Norway. You will lead a team of experienced sales professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving long-term revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion within existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support, to ensure seamless execution of complex sales cycles.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to position Workday as a trusted partner and advisor to our customers, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12+ years of field sales and management experience at a SaaS company, ideally focused on upselling and renewals within an existing customer base.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles, achieving revenue and quota targets, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and consulting skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales scenarios and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
