Finnish Speaking Sales and Account Manager

We are looking for a driven and ambitious colleague to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving new customer sales for our SaaS platform in Finland and Europe.
About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with the marketing team to qualify leads and initiate business discussions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving new sales via phone and video meetings
- Qualifying leads and initiating business discussions
- Presenting Tendium's value proposition
- Building and converting a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborating with the team to close deals
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A goal-oriented mindset and a strong desire to achieve results
- Some sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
- Fluency in Finnish, proficiency in English, and at least a basic understanding of Swedish
