Job Overview:
Mollie is a leading payments and money management provider in Europe, serving over 250,000 businesses. We are expanding our presence in the Swedish market and seeking a talented individual to play a pivotal role in this endeavor.

About the Role:
This position involves setting up Mollie's presence in Sweden by executing various commercial activities, driving results through inbound and outbound efforts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a winning approach for the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with new customers and partners, collecting insights and feedback, and coordinating the onboarding and integration of new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute commercial activities to establish Mollie's presence in Sweden
  • Drive commercial results through effective inbound and outbound efforts
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop a winning strategy for the Swedish market
  • Engage with new customers and partners to collect insights and feedback
  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new customers

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have native fluency in Swedish and English, with additional proficiency in other Nordic languages being an asset. A background in technology sales, strategic or operational roles, or SaaS/payments experience is also beneficial. You should thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
