Guest Experience Manager

We are looking for an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel in Stockholm.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious hotel brand, offering a chance to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment. Our hotel has been a hallmark of hospitality since 1971 and is committed to delivering world-class service to its guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated budget to continually improve the guest experience. You will lead the guest service team to deliver high-quality service and address and handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, including at least 3 years of team management experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
