About the Role

As a highly skilled Trade Marketing and Business Developer, you will drive our business growth ambitions across the Nordic region for Bel's iconic brands. With a strong focus on eCommerce and ethnic channels, you will identify, unlock, and own business development opportunities.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with external salesforces and customers, while delivering strategic Trade Marketing executions that meet shopper needs. Jointly building customer and channel-specific Shopper Marketing plans is also key to your success.

We are seeking a results-driven individual with a proven track record of delivering excellent performance in high-growth environments. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships are essential.
