About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nordic Customer Success team as a Sales and Support Excellence Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and growth across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities
- DRIVE CUSTOMER SUCCESS: Nurture and grow existing customer relationships, building trust and becoming a trusted advisor.
- MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER VALUE: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions, ensuring customers get the most out of our products.
- CREATE SEAMLESS ONBOARDING EXPERIENCES: Develop and execute customized onboarding plans, ensuring new customers quickly understand our products and achieve their goals.
- DELIVER TRAINING AND SUPPORT: Create engaging training materials, including webinars and user videos, to help customers get the most out of our solutions.
- RESOLVE CUSTOMER CONCERNS: Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
