Lead Talent Acquisition and SourcingDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Nordic region.
Manage Talent and Succession PlanningDevelop and implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain key employees.
Manage Labor RelationsDevelop and implement labor relations strategies to maintain positive relationships with employees and unions.
Manage HR Budget and AccountsOversee the HR budget and ensure that costs are contained within budget.
Accountable for Labor Relations FunctionsEnsure that labor relations functions, including absenteeism, disciplinary records, grievances, and legal disputes, are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage Relationships with Trade Union RepresentativesDevelop and maintain positive relationships with trade union representatives, leading the collective bargaining process.
Report and Monitor HR MetricsDevelop and implement metrics to measure HR performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications- Fluency in Swedish and English Language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Experience in a Labor-Intensive and Fast-Paced Working EnvironmentA minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with 7-8 years preferred.
Experience in a Security-Classified IndustryExperience in a security-classified industry is an advantage.
Managed Direct Reports and Previous Experience with Personnel ResponsibilityPrevious experience with personnel responsibility, as well as leading their own teams.
Experience in Handling Collective AgreementsExperience in handling collective agreements, particularly within the retail sector, is important.
Interest in and Experience with Systems and Digital SolutionsExperience with systems and digital solutions for automating HR processes and reports is essential.
Experience with Payroll Systems and Payroll ProcessesExperience with payroll systems and payroll processes is important for improving the current situation.
University Degree in HR or SimilarA university degree within HR, or similar, is desirable.
