Account Growth Director

We are looking for a skilled Swedish Market Development Manager to join our team in Sweden.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing multiple stakeholders and accounts, and driving customer satisfaction.
This role requires a minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally Master's degree, e.g. in business economics, fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken, and previous experience in BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses.
