
Complex Solution Sales Executive

Workiva is seeking a Strategic Account Growth Specialist to lead new business development and account expansion efforts in Sweden.
In this role, you will focus on selling Workiva's core platform and collaborating with other sales teams to deliver multi-solution sales. Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a related field, including enterprise technology or complex solution sales. They will also possess strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to communicate at the most senior level.
This position requires up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events. You will need reliable internet access to work remotely.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales
- Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through
- Lead the sales process naturally - guiding it to a close by effectively showcasing Workiva's value proposition
