Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base as the sole contributor responsible for Europe. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, identifying and engaging with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers, and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets within Europe.
  2. Identify and engage with potential customers to drive new business opportunities.
  3. Nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations.
  4. Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and presentations.
  6. Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  7. Negotiate and close complex sales contracts.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of successfully hunting sales within Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers.
  2. Extensive experience selling solutions or services in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space.
  3. Strong network and relationships with Broadcast Media Service Providers in Europe.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently.
