We're looking for a seasoned Sales Leadership Manager - Enterprise to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will lead high-performing teams, develop strategic account management skills, and drive growth across the EMEA region.
Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new sales development representatives (SDRs) and growth executives (GEs). You will also develop and mentor each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance.
With 5+ years of experience in selling to enterprises, handling complex sales processes, and developing strategic account management skills, you will possess a strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams, excellent relationship-building skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
