Medical Device Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share in the upper part of Sweden with a focus on the Stockholm area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.
- Conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments to achieve qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
- Advise and train surgical & theatre staff in the use of our orthopedic products during workshops.
- Provide excellent customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Gain sales experience preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Background can be sales or medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist.
- Ideally, provide Arthroplasty product knowledge.
- Strong enthusiasm for medical technology and ability to sell complex products with excellent customer service.
- Able to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
