Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, expanding existing accounts, and building new relationships within your territory.
  • Developing strategic plans (account plans) for the products and related services in Sweden central and Västerbotten.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for product adoption and market expansion.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of value-based selling principles and practices.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
