We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Operations Manager to join our team in Central Europe.

Responsibilities- Act as the operational backbone of the growth team, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Regional Manager and Sr. Growth Managers.
- Support business strategy development and execution, driving initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Own ad-hoc requests and problem-solving tasks, addressing roadblocks in execution and strategy implementation.
- Identify key metrics to measure marketing efforts' effectiveness, analyze data, and synthesize insights into reports and presentations.
- Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.
- A track record of developing effective processes.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in growth marketing context.
- A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker with strong communication and presentation skills in English.
