Online Sales Manager

Vi letar efter en erfaren Online Sales Manager som vill vara med och utveckla vår onlineverksamhet. Du kommer att arbeta i en dynamisk miljö där du får möjlighet att vara delaktig i vårt arbete med att förbättra kundupplevelsen.
I rollen kommer du att ansvara för att säkerställa effektiva processer inom högkvalitativ leverans till våra E-handelskunder. Du kommer att jobba tillsammans med ett team av experter för att skapa den bästa kundupplevelsen i butiken med matglädje och inspiration.
Du kommer att ha ett affärsmannaskap och leverera resultat utifrån butikens mål och nyckeltal inom ditt ansvarsområde. Du kommer även att initiera, leda och driva olika initiativ för att förbättra lönsamhet och resultat genom effektiva rutiner och processer.
Till dig som är coachande och kunddrivet ledarskap skapas förutsättningar för dina medarbetare att prestera och lyckas i sin roll. I detta arbetsämne ingår även att arbeta aktivt med hållbara val i butik.
