About the Role

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales & Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will handle both sales and support tasks, working closely with our customers to build long-term relationships and ensure their needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer orders, invoicing, and procurement
  • Supporting the sales team by preparing and following up on sales proposals, as well as conducting sales calls and upselling
  • Providing technical support to our domestic and global customers
  • Maintaining and updating information in CRM and ERP systems
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating sales activities and marketing events across Europe

  • Have around 5 years of experience in customer support or sales

  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, with knowledge of German being highly desirable
  • Be a proactive, structured, and meticulous team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment with diverse tasks
