About the Role
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales & Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will handle both sales and support tasks, working closely with our customers to build long-term relationships and ensure their needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders, invoicing, and procurement
- Supporting the sales team by preparing and following up on sales proposals, as well as conducting sales calls and upselling
- Providing technical support to our domestic and global customers
- Maintaining and updating information in CRM and ERP systems
- Assisting in planning and coordinating sales activities and marketing events across Europe
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where things can change quickly and is comfortable taking the initiative to get things done. At 3nine, we don't always have established routines for everything, so it's essential that you're self-motivated, proactive, and have a natural ability to find solutions to problems. To succeed, we believe you should:
- Have around 5 years of experience in customer support or sales
- Be business-oriented and have a technical interest
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, with knowledge of German being highly desirable
- Be a proactive, structured, and meticulous team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment with diverse tasks
