Project Development Manager - Insulation

Recticel Insulation is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Manager to support our technical sales operations in the Swedish market.

With your technical expertise and deep understanding of the construction industry, you will drive customer success throughout the sales cycle, from identifying needs to implementing effective solutions.

About the Job:

  • Develop and manage insulation projects across Sweden, with a focus on flat roofs and walls.
  • Drive sales and promote advanced insulation solutions, such as PIR (Polyisocyanurate), to meet customer needs.
  • Engage early with various stakeholders, including contractors, roofers, cladding specialists, specifiers, designers, and engineers, to collaboratively develop solutions alongside the sales team.

About You:

  • A background in the construction industry combined with a strong commercial mindset is ideal.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly in the construction or insulation industry, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, with the ability to provide high-level technical support and project coordination, is necessary.
  • The ability to influence key stakeholders and advocate effectively for PIR insulation solutions is crucial.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
