We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales of Navico Group products through the implementation of NG sales programs, national and regional marketing strategies, and coordination of NG customer service efforts in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, managing sales activities, and maintaining sales records and reports to management through our existing CRM system.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
