
New Business Development Executive

This is a critical role within our organization, requiring a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can take ownership of their territory and prospecting strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS / Software sales, with experience in new business acquisition and a proven track record of success in high-value enterprise deals.
The role requires fluent/native Swedish and professional English (both verbally and in writing), as well as living in Sweden with a work permit. We support hybrid work mode but also require visiting our Stockholm office on a weekly basis.
What You Will Be Doing- Driving new customer growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing high-value enterprise deals
- Expanding our footprint in Sweden—Work strategically to grow our presence and maximize revenue potential
- Closing high-value deals—Engage with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to build strong business cases
- Developing and executing a winning sales strategy—Create a clear territory plan and exceed revenue targets
- Leveraging top-tier SaaS sales methodologies—Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and value-based selling to drive deal success
