About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team in the Nordics region. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing plans that drive business growth and meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-specific marketing plans that align with regional sales goals.
  • Drive sales enablement efforts in the field, supporting sales teams in generating demand and accelerating pipeline.
  • Lead the planning and execution of pipeline acceleration activities, aligned with quarterly and yearly metrics.
  • Represent regional needs during worldwide marketing program planning.
  • Design and implement multi-touch demand generation campaigns targeting key accounts in the Nordics region.
  • Leverage a mix of social media, digital, physical, and virtual events, content marketing, and other tactics to drive awareness, demand, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in the B2B space.
  • 5+ years of experience executing demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing in the IT/Software industry.
  • Experience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs, and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English (additional Scandinavian language is a plus).
  • Business acumen with expertise in liaising with stakeholders to meet marketing objectives.
  • Organized and meticulous, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Persuasive and professional demeanor.
