About This Opportunity

AvePoint is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Nordics region. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth and support sales objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement territory-specific marketing strategies that meet regional sales goals.
  • Foster sales enablement efforts in the field, helping sales teams generate demand and accelerate their pipelines.
  • Plan and execute pipeline acceleration initiatives aligned with quarterly and yearly targets.
  • Advise on regional needs during global marketing program planning.
  • Design and execute multi-touch campaigns targeting key Nordics region accounts.
  • Leverage a combination of social media, digital, physical, and virtual events, content marketing, and other awareness-driving tactics.

You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in the B2B space.
  • 5+ years of experience executing demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong marketing knowledge in the IT/Software sector.
  • Proven track record in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs, and metrics.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English (knowledge of additional Scandinavian languages is a plus).
  • Business expertise with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Meticulous organization skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Persuasive and professional demeanor.
