
Inhouse Sales Strategy Manager

Svea Solar Sweden is an Energy Tech company revolutionizing how households and businesses use energy. As Head of Inhouse Sales, you will lead our B2C sales channel and play a key role in driving growth in a competitive market.
The role involves developing and executing the overall sales strategy, working closely with other channel managers. You will also be responsible for optimizing sales processes to increase profitability and improving the cost efficiency of sales processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Set and monitor departmental sales targets to ensure teams meet and exceed objectives
- Develop team leaders through coaching and continuous feedback
- Elevate baseline performance of the team and support top performers to maximize their results
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to optimize efficiency and outcomes
- Give and receive constructive feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Requirements:
- Experience leading leaders within a B2C sales organization
- Experience working towards set budgets and KPIs
- Able to shift mindset and drive change with measurable results
- Excellent communicator who can motivate others to perform and foster engagement
- Can build trust and create a culture where honest communication and constructive feedback are valued
- Skilled at driving performance and guiding team members to achieve their goals
- Fluent in Swedish and good English skills
