Head of Inhouse Sales Channel

Your leadership will be essential in developing team leaders through coaching and continuous feedback, fostering a results-driven culture characterized by self-leadership. You'll also identify and implement improvements in sales processes to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

We're seeking someone with experience of working towards set budgets and KPI's, who can Shift Mindset, demonstrate past success in driving change with measurable results, and excel at Communicating Effectively to motivate others to perform and foster engagement.
