Job Description

This role involves leading our B2C inhouse sales channel. You will coach and inspire a team of managers towards success and be part of our Sales Management team. Your leadership will drive growth in a competitive market while pursuing our vision: Rid the Planet of Fossil Fuel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize our sales processes to increase the profitability of the inhouse sales channel.
  • Set and monitor sales targets to ensure teams meet and exceed their objectives.
  • Develop team leaders through coaching and continuous feedback, fostering a results-driven culture characterized by self-leadership.
  • Enhance departmental profitability by optimizing cost efficiency of sales processes, elevating baseline performance and supporting top performers to maximize results.
  • Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Give and receive constructive feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Collaborate with other channel managers to develop and execute the overall sales strategy.
