We are a leading iGaming marketing and affiliate company that is expanding our sales team. We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Director to take our media business to the next level.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in media, sports advertising, or digital marketing. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

The Business Development Director will drive direct sales towards key clients in the media and betting industry, focusing on TV sports advertising and digital visibility solutions. They will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share within the industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Swedish is required, both written and spoken. A strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive direct sales towards key clients in the media and betting industry.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the industry.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with media partners and advertisers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in media, sports advertising, or digital marketing.
  2. Experience managing and exceeding sales budgets.
  3. Strong network within the media and gaming industry.
  4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
