
Business Development Director

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to serve as the primary contact for some of our key clients. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure business success and drive future growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing client profitability, managing budgets, and ensuring high-performance delivery across all services. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management:
- Own and manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely budget reporting to management.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular business updates.
- Client Delivery Oversight:
- Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.
- Business Coordination:
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver seamless execution tailored to client needs.
- Account Performance Tracking:
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual performance.
- Ensure performance meets or exceeds expectations.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of account management experience, 2+ years of project management experience, and previous management experience is highly valued. They should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing) and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple client projects efficiently, have a business development mindset, and be fluent in English.
