About the Role

In this role, you will lead our B2C inhouse sales channel and work closely with our Sales Management team to develop and execute the overall sales strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes to increase profitability, setting and monitoring sales targets, and developing team leaders through coaching and continuous feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and improve profitability by optimizing sales processes and increasing sales productivity.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to help team members improve their performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
