Job SummaryThis role involves helping to drive the strategic growth of Permobil by identifying opportunities, shaping business cases, and supporting M&A and business development projects.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining an up-to-date EMEA M&A pipeline
- Commercial due diligence in M&A process
- Executing Commercial Strategy
- Preparing top-class board level material for Region EMEA
- Supporting EMEA business and financial modeling and preparation of business case presentations
- Assisting President of EMEA and Senior leadership in ad hoc presentations, market analysis, delivery of business and financial modeling presentations
- Creating recommendations to ensure fact-based decisions regarding strategic projects
- Preparing periodic reports to EMEA and Group Management regarding EMEA commercial strategy, opportunity analysis and status
