Nordic Sales Specialist

- Sales Promotion & Strategy Implementation:
- Enhance company awareness and effectiveness through successful sales promotion activities.
- Collaborate with regional and national stakeholders to implement and align strategies and initiatives.
- Optimize the positioning and visibility of Santen products across pharmacies, optician stores, and online platforms.
- Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management:
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including pediatric ophthalmologists and opticians, to position Santen as a preferred partner.
- Strengthen customer relationships at regional and national levels, working closely with Country Manager and Key Account Managers.
- Support Key Account Managers in executing customer collaboration initiatives.
- Market Insights & Strategic Alignment:
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving Santen's products and initiatives.
- Share insights with the team and management to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with country managers to ensure strategic alignment.
- Marketing Material Localization:
- Manage the translation and adaptation of marketing materials in collaboration with the Country Manager.
- Safety & Quality Compliance:
- Collect and report safety-related information to the Pharmacovigilance Unit and quality-related information to the Quality Assurance department.
