Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Promotion & Strategy Implementation:
    • Enhance company awareness and effectiveness through successful sales promotion activities.
    • Collaborate with regional and national stakeholders to implement and align strategies and initiatives.
    • Optimize the positioning and visibility of Santen products across pharmacies, optician stores, and online platforms.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including pediatric ophthalmologists and opticians, to position Santen as a preferred partner.
    • Strengthen customer relationships at regional and national levels, working closely with Country Manager and Key Account Managers.
    • Support Key Account Managers in executing customer collaboration initiatives.
  • Market Insights & Strategic Alignment:
    • Collect customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving Santen's products and initiatives.
    • Share insights with the team and management to inform decision-making.
    • Coordinate with country managers to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Marketing Material Localization:
    • Manage the translation and adaptation of marketing materials in collaboration with the Country Manager.
  • Safety & Quality Compliance:
    • Collect and report safety-related information to the Pharmacovigilance Unit and quality-related information to the Quality Assurance department.
