**Netadmin Systems: Empowering Fiber Network Operators through Strategic Partnerships**

This is an opportunity to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, collaboration, and innovation. As a Channel Sales Manager at Netadmin Systems, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner ecosystem, strengthening our presence in the fiber Telco industry, and driving revenue growth.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional who is passionate about building strategic alliances and helping our customers succeed. You will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners, establishing and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key partners, aligning partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.

  • Develop and execute channel sales programs that drive revenue growth through new and existing partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard VARs, Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.
  • Align partner programs with Netadmin's business objectives and market needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Channel Sales & Partner Development
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to build joint initiatives that generate demand.
  • Ensure partners are trained and equipped to effectively sell and support Netadmin's solutions.
Channel Performance & Partner Engagement
  • Conduct contract negotiations to secure long-term partner engagements.
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics, continuously optimizing partner strategies for maximum impact.
  • Report regularly on partner performance and market trends to senior leadership.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in partner/channel management and/or direct sales, ideally within IT software solutions for the telecom industry.
  • A strong network within the Telco industry, with existing relationships across multiple levels.
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and VARs and building effective partner programs.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage at C-level.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into tangible partner initiatives.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish and German language skills are a plus.
